The last day of Cardio

Ha, well not really.  Today was the last day of 30:60 ratio intervals.  Next week the game changes :)

I am absolutely sure the MOOsers are ready for it.  They killed yet another cardio day workout.

Here is what they did:

Sprints
Speed Rows
Broad Jump Burpees
Drop Squats

Four Rounds of frenzy.

Tomorrow is another strength day, I'll be sure to get video of that as I was a slacker last week :)
