This workout wasn't for the weak and the MOOsers have proven their worthiness time and time again, and today was no different.
Todays workout was From Russia with Love
50 seconds of work 10 seconds transition. Rest after completing five exercises, repeat for 5 rounds
Kettlebell Swings
Weighted T Push ups
Windmills
Kettlebell High Pull
Goblet Kneel to Stand
