Cardio Tuesday and Monday video

Cardio Day today and I also have, as promised, yesterday's video footage.

Mary has taken over the Cardio Days on Tuesday and Thursday and has really taken the Moosers to new heights with their endurance and fat loss efforts.

Todays workout: 30:30 for 6 rounds

Lateral Shuffle Burpee
Superman Speed Rows
Box Squats
Sprints

Oh, and by the way, heads up MOOsers, cardio is going into stage three :)  Get ready for Thursday ;)
