Friday Bootcamp Cardio Session
































Lots of sprints inside, who needs nice weather to run:)

30 seconds of work 30 seconds of rest for 30 rounds. 15 of one exercise, 15 of another:

Bike
Sprint
Sprint
Kettlebell High Pull Burpee

Really took it up a notch today, great work ladies.
