Week 2: Off Week for Campers, but not for MOOsers

Back at it after celebrating the first week.  It only gets easier and harder at the same time folks! ;)

Todays workout was dense with work, with some rest sprinkled in.

This workout doesn't have a name yet:

A. Kettlebell Deadlift  x 1 minute
Mountain Climber Push ups x 1 minute

3 rounds

B. Step ups x 1 minute
Speed Rows x 1 minute

3 rounds

C. Burpees x 1 minute
Goblet Squat x 1 minute

3 rounds

D. Wipers 1 minute
Flutter Kicks x 1 minute

3 rounds
