Mountain Climber Push ups x 1 minute

B. Step ups x 1 minute
Speed Rows x 1 minute
3 rounds
C. Burpees x 1 minute
Goblet Squat x 1 minute
3 rounds
D. Wipers 1 minute
Flutter Kicks x 1 minute
3 rounds
