Today's workout: Deck of Cards
Hearts- Weighted Jump Squats
Diamonds- TRX Assisted Pistols
Spades- Push ups 3 second hold
Clubs- Renegade Rows
Joker- 10 of each exercise
Ace- 11 reps
Face Cards- 10 reps
3's WILD- choose exercise do 15 reps
In partners try to complete the deck in the quickest time possible.
This morning we had four teams workout:
Team Sisters Brochu/Machado
Team Husband and Wife Bill/Paula Coates
Team Best Friends Fisher/Bowen
Team Mother/Daughter Smith/Moulton
All did a fantastic job in their workouts. Tomorrow will be a rough one with soreness as will Wednesday, but tomorrow, for those that can make it, will be doing their first Cardio Day tomorrow morning at 630am.
Sunday night was the first unofficial meeting where the MOOsers were measured, received their nutrition handbooks and had their before picture taken. We also hashed out a schedule. In years past we have all been able to workout together, but with such a large group this year, we won't have that luxury. But we were able to accomodate everyone so that they can still get 5 workouts a week in bootcamp and/or Cardio Days to maximize their efforts. As for those before pictures, here they are:
