Freaky Fat Loss Friday...WITHOUT Ben????

So where was Ben this morning?

It doesn't really matter :)  Because Amy took the MOOsers through their Fight Gone Bad for Friday!

Todays workout:

Frog Hops
Step ups
Push ups
Squat Press
Rows

50 seconds of work 10 second transition.  Complete all five exercises then rest for 1 minute.  Repeat 4 times.

Tomorrow the MOOsers take a tour of the grocery store to become better and smarter shoppers.  Great first week MOOsers!  It does get easier after this!
