Second to Last Day of Cardio: With a Twist

Another Cardio day for the MOOsers.  The second to last one to be exact.  We did something a little different today.  We started off the same with our 30:30 circuits of:

Lateral Step Jumps
Burpees
Frog Squats
Speed Rows
Hill Climbers

We did that for 15 rounds.  The next 15 rounds were done outside with sprints, 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest.  It was a doozy, and yet again I almost had Jule, and George I think:).  But nothing is held back now, we have to go all out for the final week.  Measurements are in 6 days.
