First workout day for the MOOsers. Lots of good effort, with much more to come. Here is their workout:
Double Vision
4 Rounds of
Kettlebell High Pull
DB Snatch Left hand
Push ups
DB Snatch Right hand
4 Rounds of
Goblet Squats
Burpees
High Knees
Hill Climbers
4 Rounds of
Push Press
Squat Hold
All exercises are 30 seconds and complete 4 rounds without rest

Not bad for day 1, as this is a tough workout and the MOOsers have already begun their nutrition transformation by implementing one big rule of eating a lean protein and a fibrous carbohydrate with every meal (fibrous carbs are dark leafy green veggies as well as berries, apples, cauliflower, etc).

Wow! Good first day Moosers! It's amazing to watch and to know that in a few weeks they will be pounding those reps out like old pros! The hard work will pay off.
