Week 11: Dirty 30

What a way to start off Week 11.  Two weeks left!

Todays workout was Dirty 30, a serious mental challenge.  Here is what they did:

30 Pronated Rows
30 TRX Assisted Lunge Jumps
30 Walking Goblet Squats
15 Push ups 3 second hold
30 Kettlebell Swings
30 Burpees
15 Box Jumps
30 Push Press
30 Lateral Shuffles

Complete the list twice.

The MOOsers worked very hard, not sure if any finished two rounds, but they really have come so far since the beginning.

Just two weeks before the winners are crowned.  I can tell you now its going to be a tough decision because they all are growing as people but losing fast!
