Last night I termed this week to be Hell Week for the MOOsers. The final week before the final measurements to determine the winner of the Biggest MOOser 2011.
We started off this week with a bang with Tabata 15:15
Two circuits each performing 25 rounds
A. Band Planks/Push ups
Kettlebell Super Deadlift
B. Double DB Snatch
Burpees
